Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Producer to manage the planning, execution, and post‑event activities of our flea markets. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, and enjoys coordinating vendors and handling logistics to create memorable community events.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute flea market events from start to finish, ensuring smooth operations.
Coordinate event logistics, including booth layout, permits, insurance, equipment rentals, and staffing.
Manage on‑site operations during events, including set‑up, vendor check‑in, troubleshooting, and tear‑down.
Maintain accurate event budgets and track expenses.
Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, sponsors, and vendors.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1+ years of event planning, production, or coordination experience (experience with markets, fairs, or festivals preferred).
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask.
Excellent communication skills and passion for building community.
Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and logistics planning.
