Job Overview Infinity Replacement is Marvin’s dedicated replacement window and door business, bringing a legacy of craftsmanship and innovation directly to homeowners. Through our direct‑to‑consumer model, we deliver premium fiberglass products, personalized in‑home consultations, and professional installation—making the window replacement process simple, seamless, and satisfying. We’re looking for a detail‑driven Product Coordinator to help ensure every customer experience is exceptional. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our order process—keeping projects organized, accurate, and on track from start to finish.

Highlights of Your Role

Receive, audit, and process measurements from project managers in the field.

Prepare complete customer files with all order components.

Communicate with Design Consultants to confirm accuracy and scope of orders; request clarifications when needed.

Resolve sales‑related issues to prevent delays in ordering.

Review pending deliveries and verify product accuracy.

Audit order acknowledgements and review financials.

Prepare and distribute delivery paperwork.

Assist team members with projects and month‑end tasks as needed.

You’re a Good Fit If You Have (or Can)

2+ years in order management or customer service.

Background in windows/doors or building materials industry is a plus.

Requirements

Strong math skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Tech‑savvy and willing to learn new systems.

Compensation $22 - $26 per hour, pay based on experience.
