Pay: $19 per hour

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Bilingual Leasing Agent fluent in both Spanish and English to assist prospective and current residents. This role involves leasing apartments, providing excellent customer service, and supporting day-to-day leasing office operations.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist prospective residents in English and Spanish

Conduct property tours and explain lease terms

Process rental applications and lease paperwork

Respond to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries

Maintain accurate resident and leasing records

Qualifications

Fluent in Spanish and English (required)

Prior leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficient with basic computer applications

Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
