$70,408.00 - $103,979.20 annually

Job Summary

We are offering a $10,000.00 hiring bonus. Physical Therapist Level II responsible for delivering pelvic health physical therapy services, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, educating patients and families, supervising support personnel, and managing operational resources.

Responsibilities

Focus on pelvic health physical therapy services for patients with impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated care.

Educate patients, families, and other stakeholders.

Direct and supervise support personnel.

Manage technical, environmental, and financial resources efficiently.

Advance clinical expertise and pursue professional development opportunities.

Assist in staffing, scheduling, and budget monitoring for the department.

Participate in quality improvement and compliance initiatives.

Provide clinical mentoring and education to staff and students.

Demonstrate leadership, problem‑solving, and proactive behaviors within the department.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.

Valid licensure as Physical Therapist in Massachusetts required.

Current American Heart Association BLS certification required.

At least three (3) years of experience as a Physical Therapist required.
