About The Role
Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products and regions to monitor front‑line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They’re among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support. We’re looking for a Business Risk Manager to join the first line of defence and drive proactive risk management across our operations. You’ll work closely with Product, Operations and Control teams to identify, assess and manage day‑to‑day risks that keep Revolut secure as we continue to grow globally.
What You'll Be Doing
Owning risk identification, assessment and mitigation within your assigned business area
Designing and implementing effective risk controls and frameworks to support products and processes
Conducting control testing and monitoring, ensuring risks are managed efficiently and sustainably
Leading risk incident management, including root‑cause analysis, remediation and lessons learned
Partnering with business teams to embed risk thinking into day‑to‑day operations
Preparing and presenting risk reports to senior management, providing actionable insights
Collaborating with Compliance, Audit and Product to build a consistent and scalable control culture
What You'll Need
Expertise in business risk management, controls, audit or compliance (preferably in financial services or fintech)
A solid understanding of risk frameworks, control design and incident management
Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and critical‑thinking skills
A proven ability to work independently and make informed decisions
Great stakeholder management and communication skills to influence and challenge constructively
A proactive, hands‑on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
Nice to Have
Experience in a regulated financial institution or fintech
Familiarity with consumer duty, financial promotions or operational risk frameworks
Exposure to automation, data‑driven controls or AI tools for risk monitoring
