About the Role The UX / Graphic Designer will lead cross‑platform design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and collaborating closely with creative, copywriting, media, and digital teams. This role combines hands‑on design execution, creative problem‑solving, and production expertise to deliver high‑quality, visually compelling work.
Key Responsibilities Design & Project Execution
Develop and execute cross‑platform design projects based on brand guidelines or design‑led concepts.
Expand and adapt visual campaign concepts across digital and print channels.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand integrity in all deliverables.
Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Collaboration & Communication
Partner with creative, copywriting, media, and digital teams to deliver best‑in‑class design solutions.
Present and articulate design concepts to internal stakeholders.
Stay current with emerging design trends and actively engage with the creative community.
Technical Expertise
Create and refine designs using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
Apply best practices for both print and digital design.
Motion graphics/video/animation experience (After Effects, Animate, Premiere) is a plus.
Basic understanding of HTML/HTML5 and CSS is beneficial but not required.
Strong knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and grid systems.
