We are seeking a Video Editor who can take raw footage and transform it into professional, polished, and on-brand content across multiple platforms. Our YouTube channel has over 60k subscribers and is growing by hundreds of subscribers every day. This role will oversee all post-production video work, collaborate with our marketing team, and help shape how our growing brand. The ideal candidate operates with little to know oversight and collaborates well with leaders to produce content that matches Peak’s standards and aligns with our mission.

A+ Player

Strong editing skills and extreme attention to detail

Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro (or comparable software)

Experience creating short-form and long-form video content

Strong understanding of pacing, sound design, and visual storytelling

Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines

Creative thinker who can bring energy and clarity to educational content

Strong organizational, communication, and research skills

Elite in editing for YouTube, social media, internal training, and public-facing ads

Familiarity with audio cleanup and basic color correction

Main Responsibilities:

Own the editing and post-production process for all video content

Maintain consistent visual and brand identity across all projects

Collaborate with the marketing team, advisors, and leadership to develop compelling video stories

Produce videos for podcast clips, YouTube episodes, ads, client education, and internal training

Manage and organize raw footage, project files, and final assets

Provide creative input on shot selection and scripting when needed

Optimize videos for various platforms and formats

Stay up-to-date on video trends and apply best practices for engaging content
