We are currently seeking a
Part-Time Member Service Representative
to join our Sault Ste. Marie team. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule with no weekends, Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. At U.P. State Credit Union, you’ll enjoy a strong focus on work/life balance along with excellent benefits, including no weekends or holidays, a 401(k) with a 10% employer contribution, life insurance, paid time off (PTO), and a generous holiday schedule.
As a Member Service Representative, you will process member deposits and withdrawals, assist members with account questions and issues, perform routine account maintenance, and provide information on credit union products and services. We’re looking for someone with a professional and courteous demeanor, strong attention to accuracy and detail, effective problem‑solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to member service and teamwork.
