The Mission We’re looking for a driven sales professional who understands that service never ends and is ready to help navigate Texas businesses transform their technology infrastructure. You'll be selling cutting-edge wireless, cloud computing, SASE, cybersecurity, and managed IT solutions to organizations that demand excellence.
What You'll Be Doing
Territory Development : Own and develop prospects across Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, San Antonio, Austin, and surrounding Texas markets
Solution Selling : Present our three core frameworks - SecureSpectrum™ (Wireless), ZeroTrust360™ (Cybersecurity), and NetworkAssure™ (Managed Services)
Vertical Market Penetration : Target healthcare, education, government, manufacturing, and retail sectors with industry-specific solutions
Channel Partnership Development : Leverage and build relationships with technology partners and reseller channels
Pipeline Management : Maintain a robust sales pipeline using our CRM and sales technology stack
Mission-Critical Requirements
Proven Sales Track Record : 3+ years of B2B technology sales with demonstrated quota achievement
Channel Experience : Understanding of partner/reseller relationships and channel sales strategies
Technical Acumen : Working knowledge of wireless networking, cybersecurity frameworks, and/or cloud technologies
Business Impact Focus : Ability to articulate how IT solutions solve real business problems and drive ROI
Texas Mobility : Based in the Houston metro area with willingness to travel throughout Texas (25-30%)
Warrior Mindset : Hungry, driven, and ready to prove yourself while growing our business
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling to enterprise, mid-market, or government sectors
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet performance targets
Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client management, and closing sales
Understanding of compliance frameworks (HIPAA, FISMA, PCI-DSS, CMMC)
Familiarity with MSP/MSSP business models
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Familiarity with Hubspot, Apollo.io, ASANA
Military background or experience working with veteran-owned businesses
Existing relationships in the Texas technology community
Compensation & Growth Path
Initial Structure : Commission-only with aggressive commission rates and performance bonuses (target annual salary estimated between $120,000 to $180,000)
Advancement Path : Base salary + commission structure available after demonstrating consistent goal achievement
Equity Opportunity : Potential equity participation for proven performers
