Hiring is for a Florida‑based, inbound remote position. All applicants must reside in Florida.
Compensation & Benefits Base pay range: $55,000 / yr – $75,000 / yr. Starting base salary is $45,000 with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range from $55k–$75k through a combination of base salary and generous commission. Top performers can earn $85k+.
Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license – paid training covers licensing if you do not already have one.

Unlicensed Class Begins: January 26, 2026
Licensed Class Begins: February 9, 2026
Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
Represent the Liberty brand, building trust and connecting customers to the right products for their individual needs.
Work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (e.g., 11 am–8 pm CST), for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
Maintain a dedicated professional workspace at home with a wired high‑speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload).
Training & Support
Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
No cold calls; all incoming leads are warm.
Paid training in a remote work environment.
Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
Qualifications
2–3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty Insurance License (training provided if not current).
