Construction Sales Manager . We partner with a growing and well‑established commercial restoration company that seeks qualified, motivated, proactive individuals to fill their open role of
Construction Sales Manager
with extended experience in either commercial or residential restoration. This role is an urgent need, and qualified contacts will be contacted ASAP.
Requirements
Reputable restoration company in the area known for quality work and strong team culture.
Full‑time, on‑site role selling restoration projects from assessment through completion.
Oversee crews, budgets, documentation, and client/stakeholder communication.
Sell residential and commercial projects ranging from $1‑$5M, including water, fire, mold, storm, and large‑loss work.
Education: High School Diploma – GED/Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred.
Ideal for a hands‑on, organized salesman who thrives in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment.
