About the Role
Develop account plans for new and existing small to mid‑sized corporate accounts within assigned territory.
Prospect new customers and expand business at existing accounts; close full‑solution sales to corporate customers.
Maintain a clean sales pipeline with 3‑4× coverage of targets monthly/quarterly.
Lead the entire sales process for companies
Collaborate across teams to tailor our solutions to customer needs.
Build strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
Track activities and forecast sales accurately in Salesforce.
Engage with clients in person or via MS Teams.
About You
College degree (preferred) and minimum 4 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in corporate sector.
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
Experience selling complex software solutions to small/medium companies ( High‑velocity sales experience, land‑and‑expand strategy, and solution selling to C‑level executives.
Ability to lead detailed sales processes with multiple stakeholders.
Strong prospecting skills and independence in managing full sales cycle.
Experience developing and executing account plans.
Ability to work from home and travel to customer locations.
Location & Compensation Remote role. Must reside in or near Houston, TX; New Orleans, LA; Dallas, TX; Little Rock, AR; or Minneapolis, MN.
Target total cash compensation range for US locations: $136,500 USD – $253,500 USD.
