Hourly rate: $21.50 per hour
OIN OUR TEAM – No experience needed, we will train!
Responsibilities
Make your own daily and weekly schedules based on clients’ monthly needs and their availability.
Document daily service/case notes and write quarterly progress reports for the individuals assigned.
Spend 90% of your time in the field working with clients and 10% on administrative tasks such as writing reports, documentation, and emails.
Attend monthly training meetings at SYW’s branch office.
Communicate regularly with the ILS Program Manager and the client’s RC service coordinators.
Ideal Coach
Available to work Monday-Friday and occasionally on Saturdays.
Comfortable driving clients in personal vehicle.
Compassionate, understanding, patient, and caring.
Personable and adaptable to various personalities and lifestyles.
Engaging, motivating, and able to think "outside the box" to solve problems.
Dependable, able to work with minimal supervision, and hold yourself accountable.
Takes initiative, is driven to succeed, and advocates for others.
Pick up new tasks quickly, follow directions, and ask questions when unsure.
Computer literate with basic computer skills and intermediate knowledge of using MS Word and Excel.
Excellent communicator in all aspects is required.
Preferred Education / Experience
High School Diploma or GED.
Knowledge of budgeting, appointment management, time management, home care, and public transportation, and the ability to teach others.
