What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Engage with existing customers to maximize the value of their investments
Prospect in a high-volume environment to generate new business opportunities
Follow up and close on inbound leads to upsell and leverage established customer relationships
Create, deliver, and manage client demos, presentations, quotes, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Qualify leads and identify prospect needs, collaborating with technical resources as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 2 years of Account Executive experience in a Technology Company
Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) and Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS)
Proficiency in utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience engaging with C-Level and VP-Level Executives
Proven track record in upselling and leveraging business from existing customer relationships
