NOW HIRING for a Sales Coordinator in the South Charlotte area This role plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of sales orders and contracts and contributes to a multifaceted support approach for the sales process, covering credit applications to order entry.
This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday.
Salary is $55K-$60K depending on experience.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Evaluate and submit credit applications for pre-approval, encompassing various deal types, including cash transactions.
Manage and enter new customer files
Verify the completeness and accuracy of order documents, paying special attention to leasing requirements and maintenance contracts.
Ensure commission statements are accurate.
Input orders and maintenance contracts into SAP and CRM systems, ensuring compliance with Company policy and GAAP for revenue recognition.
Coordinate out-of-territory deliveries and ongoing service, maintaining effective communication with authorized dealers.
Act as a liaison with Corporate National Accounts when collaboration is required for specific orders.
Track and report order status from initial entry to final invoicing.
Collaborate with leasing companies to secure timely funding for lease transactions.
Manage the timely receipt of return authorizations for lease returns.
Maintain and regularly report on Lease Portfolio status.
Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives to address billing issues, handle customer inquiries, and assist RMS in resolving Accounts Receivable issues.
All other administrative duties as needed
Qualities needed for this role
Ability to work as a team or independently in a fast paced environment
Experience working in an ERP and CRM system such as SAP
Driven, with the ability to take initiative and grow in a position
