As a Solution Consultant at Talus Pay you will set appointments, interact with businesses of all sizes, and offer them solutions that save money and improve efficiency. You will also have the opportunity to sell outside your market.

What does a great Solution Consultant do? What You Will Do

Generate your own leads in a B2B environment, complemented by referrals from developed relationships.

Retain clients by building relationships and growing portfolios through relationship management and cross‑consulting.

Represent the company’s values: trust, customer‑first, innovate to win, succeed together, foster simplicity, and embrace inclusion.

Commit fully to a six‑week training program without interruption.

What You Will Need To Have

Prior experience in a quota‑driven, self‑sourcing sales environment for small to medium‑size clients.

Experience with cold‑calling and self‑sourcing leads.

Experience developing a plan to build a pipeline and generate top‑line revenue growth.

Entrepreneurial mindset and self‑starter attitude.

Compensation

No cap on earning potential.
