Who We Are
Peak Family Chiropractic, located at 1935 East Bijou Street, Colorado Springs, has been serving the community since 2020 with high‑quality, compassionate care. We specialize in: Corrective Chiropractic Care using CBP (Chiropractic BioPhysics) to address spinal misalignments & postural issues. Treatment of auto accident injuries – neck/back damage, soft tissue, etc. Functional Medicine: using blood work, labs, nutrition & lifestyle to heal from the inside out. Decompression therapy, passive modalities (ice/heat, ultrasound, etc.), Class IV Laser Therapy, massage therapy. Our Mission
Our mission is not only to treat pain, but to restore long‑term function, prevent recurrence, and improve overall wellness. What We Do Best
Personal Injury Cases are a core part of our work: auto accidents, whiplash, soft tissue injury. These cases form a steady stream of patients. PACE Participants: caring for PACE (Program of All‑Inclusive Care for the Elderly) members is foundational. These relationships generate consistent work and reliable reimbursement. Corrective care via CBP is emphasized. It’s not just symptom relief—we help reshape posture, address spinal structure, and maintain nervous system health. Leadership and Growth Opportunities
Lead the clinic: oversee patient care standards, mentor/support staff, and maintain quality and consistency in the delivery of CBP corrective care. Grow the personal injury caseload and deepen our role in PACE. Continue offering our full suite: Functional Medicine, Decompression, Laser, Massage, passive modalities, etc. Eventually purchase the practice (terms negotiable), so you truly own and steer the future here. Ideal Candidate
Strong skills and experience in CBP corrective chiropractic care. Experience handling personal injury cases, with familiarity in dealing with auto accident claims and related documentation. Or be ready to learn. Experience or ability to work with PACE participants, or willingness to learn and build those relationships. Leadership qualities: able to manage staff, maintain standards, and represent the clinic in the community. A vision for growth: expanding hours, services, outreach, or marketing as needed. Why This Clinic?
Variety in service offerings — you won’t be limited to just adjustments or just pain relief. Strong reputation for corrective, high‑integrity care. Ownership opportunity: you’ll have skin in the game. How to Apply / Learn More
Please send your resume, short cover letter explaining your experience and outlook with chiropractic care, and your vision for taking over a clinic. We’d also be happy to discuss the buy‑out terms and timeline. Job Type: Full‑time Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Peak Family Chiropractic by 2x Get notified about new Lead jobs in
