Primary Responsibilities
Upon the order of a qualified practitioner or provider, operate medical imaging equipment that produces ionizing radiation and/or other energies used in medical imaging to obtain studies for diagnostic purposes according to policies, procedures, and protocols of the KSC Medical Imaging Department and Kelsey‑Seybold Clinic.
Utilize the designated Radiology Information System (RIS), Patient Archiving and Communication System (PACS), as well as accreditation and maintenance concerns. Supervise technical and/or clerical staff members; staff may be in multiple locations and/or modalities.

Required Qualifications
High school diploma.
Associate’s degree in radiologic technology.
Graduate of an AMA‑approved school of Radiologic Technology.
ARRT(R) certification.
MRT‑General Certificate.
BCLS certification through American Heart Association.
Senior technologist with 5+ years of technical experience, including regulatory and quality control responsibilities.
Proficiency using computer keyboard and basic programs to generate department reports.
Understanding of image acquisition across multiple modalities.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Documented evidence of leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare sciences, business or human resources.
Certification in additional imaging modalities.
PACS and RIS experience.
Proficiency in Word or Excel.
Pay & Benefits Salary ranges from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full‑time employment. In addition to your salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401(k) contribution (subject to eligibility). All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
