Carthage Center is hiring an LPN in Carthage, NY.
We offer a competitive base pay range of
$28.65/hr - $29.65/hr
and a $5,000 sign‑on bonus.
Openings are available for 3‑11 & 11‑7 shifts, full‑time, part‑time, and per‑diem positions.

Duties
Collect required information from new residents upon admission.
Record health details of residents, including vitals and temperature.
Administer medications and injections to residents as needed.
Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed.
Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) when required.
Assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
Monitor residents’ food and liquid intake and output.
Requirements
Must be able to work as a team member.
Valid LPN State license.
Must be in good standing with State Registry.
