BCBA Therapist
Multiple Locations Hiring:
Canton, Dearborn, Southgate, Sterling Heights, Lansing, Gross Pointe Woods Michigan
Full-Time At Gateway Pediatric Therapy, we understand how much the little things matter. Mileage reimbursement
Duties Will Include:
Design and implement individualized treatment plans, behavioral support plans, and strategies
Develop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed
Collaborate with the treatment team (director, parents, and other support network) to review case progress
Provide training, supervision, and support for clinicians and therapists on all policies and procedures
Communicate with funding sources regarding client progress, reports, meetings, authorizations, etc
Maintain caseload of billable hours in addition to supervisory duties
Must-Haves:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification OR Master's degree and completion of ABA coursework
Knowledge of ABA and DTT is required
Valid driver's license and a reliable form of insured transportation
Must possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills
Proficiency in written and spoken English; Fluency in a foreign language is a plus
Aptitude to engage in higher-level management functions when required
Ability to communicate with team members routinely, regarding schedules and clients' changing needs
Bilingual/Multilingual candidates have an opportunity for increased base pay
