Job Description
Demonstrates excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills for a diverse population.
Educates, validates, and ensures accountability of all patient experience tactics.
Participates and ensures that rounding for outcomes occur daily.
Manages and supervises day‑to‑day operations with the help of assistant managers, team leaders, and designated staff.
Liaises with all divisions hospital‑wide and regionally.
Qualification Requirements Bachelor's (Required)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
NBRC Neonatal/Pediatric Respiratory Care Specialty (RRT‑NPS) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
State Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range $31.55 - $58.69 per hour
