High school diploma or GED.
Valid LPN license in Tennessee.
About the role Licensed Practical Nurses are essential members of the medical team, assisting RNs and physicians to keep patients comfortable and on the road to recovery.
Chart and record medication and treatment administration.
Patient observation.
Perform procedures such as reading and recording vital signs, measuring and recording weight and height, and running other diagnostic tests.
Comfort and reassure apprehensive patients.
