We are adding to our
PRN Occupational Therapy
team to provide exceptional care, enhance patient recovery, and support our team in delivering high-quality therapy services.
Evaluate patients within 24 hours of referral and create effective treatment plans.
Administer therapy in alignment with physician-approved plans.
Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and Restorative Aides.
Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment changes per policy.
Provide caregiver training and assist with discharge planning, including recommending durable medical equipment.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in patient care and rehabilitation meetings.
Education:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate
in Occupational Therapy.
Current
Kansas Occupational Therapy
license in good standing.
Strong communication, reasoning, and computer skills (e.g., Point Click Care).
Ability to meet physical demands, including frequent standing, reaching, and lifting.
