– ABA Centers of Georgia Full‑time Buckhead, GA Starting rate: $24.50/hr for BT, $26/hr for RBT Annual salary range: $50,960.00/yr

What You’ll Do
Support individuals with autism in the home, community, or new centers
Teach daily living and social skills using evidence‑based treatments
Collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data during sessions
Participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training
Implement training and therapy sessions designed by a BCBA
Communicate and collaborate effectively with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, and executive leadership
Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
High‑school diploma or equivalent
Availability during after‑school hours, weekends, and holidays
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance for in‑home services
Clean background, drug screening, and driving record
BT: Ability to complete a 40‑hour RBT training course and pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire
RBT: Ability to complete required training program
