Hospice RN On Call - Part‑Time Weekends at Paradigm Health.
Base Pay Range $36.00/hr – $40.00/hr

Job Description
Part‑time Hospice RN On‑Call (Saturday and Sunday, 8‑10 hours per day)
Respond to on‑call needs within an hour
Perform physical and psychosocial assessments on all hospice patients
Assess and reassess pain; utilize appropriate pain‑management techniques; educate patients and families
Address the physical, mental, social and emotional needs of terminally ill patients and their families
Assess patient condition, initiate plan of care, re‑evaluate and update as necessary
Obtain all necessary physician orders and collaborate with physicians as patient needs dictate
Initiate case conferences to discuss multidisciplinary team responsibilities, pain management, bereavement counseling, etc.

Requirements
One year of hospice experience preferred
At least one year of RN experience required
Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana
Current driver’s license
Reliable transportation with insurance
Hourly rate + mileage reimbursement + $200 per admission completed on shift.
