Role Requirements

A high school diploma or GED.

A valid LPN license in the state of Ohio.

About the Role You will assist RNs and physicians in caring for patients.

Chart and record medication and treatment administration.

Patient observation.

Perform specific procedures such as taking vital signs, measuring weight and height, and running other diagnostic tests.

Comfort and reassure apprehensive patients.
