Join Our Team as a Speech‑Language Pathologist We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Speech‑Language Pathologist to join our team and provide high‑quality therapy services across our clinics. In this role, you’ll evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver evidence‑based interventions, and support continuity of care through strong communication and collaboration. You’ll also help promote our services and uphold the values that guide our organization every day.
What You’ll Do
Evaluate patients using appropriate tests and measures to determine functional levels, therapy needs, and recommended treatment or discharge plans
Apply appropriate care protocols that address the physical, psychosocial, and developmental needs of each patient
Develop and implement individualized speech therapy interventions based on evaluations, physician orders, and patient goals
Perform speech therapy techniques and procedures safely and competently
Ensure continuity of care through clear written and verbal communication with other healthcare professionals
Document evaluations, progress notes, and procedures within required timeframes and submit daily billing
Educate patients and families on home programs to support ongoing progress
Facilitate smooth referrals across the organization for speech therapy services
Model the principles of a Just Culture and uphold organizational values
Perform other duties as assigned; must maintain HIPAA compliance

What You’ll Bring Experience
3 years of experience as a Speech Therapist required
Licenses
Licensed as a Speech‑Language Pathologist in the state of Colorado required
Certifications
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required
Computer / Typing Skills
Ability to obtain necessary computer skills within 90 days to complete online learning, access forms and policies, and manage benefits enrollment
Working knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking
Education
