Contract Mon-Fri, 09:00am-05:00pm Pay Range:
$50.00-$53.00 per hour Responsibilities
Complete medical and communicable disease risk assessments promptly. Coordinate medication delivery and manage returns with the pharmacy. Observe self-administration of detox medications per protocols. Conduct urine screenings following program policies. Provide health education and consultation to clients individually or in groups. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of medical services. Ensure client compliance with prescribed medical regimens. Qualifications
Valid NYS RN license. Understanding of chemical dependency as a primary diagnosis. Proficient in written and verbal communication. Strong assessment and case management skills. Familiarity with general office software. Ability to provide crisis intervention with maturity and responsibility. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred. Contact
