Responsibilities: Perform ultrasound exams using proper protocols and positioning techniques, transporting patients safely, verifying accuracy of orders and documenting patient information. Document the patient’s exam through data entry, report retrieval, scanning and recording the exam details in the electronic medical record system. Conduct environmental and safety procedures including cleaning and sterilizing the exam room and equipment; evaluate and maintain supply levels and practice safe patient maneuvers. Requirements: Associate’s Degree or Graduate of Radiology, Imaging or related educational program in Ultrasound Technology or Sonography. Must be ARRT (BS) or ARDMS (BR) registered (or willing to obtain within 90 days). Minimum 1 year of experience in breast ultrasound and biopsies. Apply today with an updated resume to be considered!
