Location: Mount Carmel, Grove City Start Date: Flexible Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 36 per week (12‑hour night shifts) Shift: 7pm–7:30am Pay

Gross weekly rate: $2,484. Tax‑free stipend and travel / per diem opportunities may also apply. Job Description & Responsibilities

Position Purpose: An experienced Registered Nurse is sought to provide quality progressive‑care coverage across one or more hospital locations within the system, offering flexibility and premium compensation. Float throughout the hospital and, when required, across multiple locations or regions. Apply the professional practice standards: Assessment, Outcomes Identification/Solutions, Planning, Implementation, Evaluation. Act independently and appropriately within legal scope and licensing limits. Take ownership of delegation, decision‑making and patient outcomes. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance quality and improvement initiatives. Demonstrate agility and willingness to assume new responsibilities. Respect cultural differences and manage competing priorities. Minimum Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Valid RN licensure in the state(s) of practice or employment. At least 18 months of recent clinical experience in Med‑Surg, Tele‑ICU, or PCU. Current credentials required for specialty, e.g., ACLS, TNCC. BLS and ACLS via the American Heart Association. Benefits and Highlights
