Pay Rate: $30 - $35 per hour.
We’re hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care to pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes at Tustin, CA.
Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare members and document nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications Licensed as an LVN in the state where the position is located.
Current TB or Chest X-Ray test.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) card.
Preferred: One year of professional nursing experience.
