Licensed Massage Therapist

Massage Therapist Therapist provides professional massage and bodywork services to guests to promote relaxation, reduce stress, relieve pain, and support overall wellness. This role requires adherence to all state licensing laws, ethical standards, and spa policies while delivering exceptional client care.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform a variety of massage modalities (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, sports, hot stone) based on training, licensure, and client needs

Conduct thorough guest consultations to assess medical history, contraindications, and treatment goals

Customize treatments to ensure guest safety, comfort, and satisfaction

Maintain accurate and confidential guest records and treatment notes

Uphold all sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards required by state law and spa policy

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room at all times

Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness recommendations

Comply with all spa policies, procedures, and professional codes of ethics

Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and appointments and provide reliable coverage

Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients and team members
