About the Role Your role as an LPN is to assist RNs and physicians in keeping patients comfortable and on the road to recovery. Key responsibilities include:
Chart and record medication and treatment administration.
Observe patients.
Perform procedures such as recording vital signs, measuring weight and height, and running diagnostic tests.
Comfort and reassure apprehensive patients.
Role Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
Valid LPN license in the state of Iowa.
