Position Overview
As a CT Technologist, you will be essential in performing precise diagnostic imaging procedures that aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Your expertise and meticulous attention to detail will have a direct impact on patient care and overall outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
CT scans are performed according to physician orders and established protocols.
Prepare and position patients for imaging, ensuring comfort and safety.
Operate and maintain advanced CT imaging equipment.
Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnostic information.
Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelors degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in CT.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Radiologic / CT Technologist (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
