Schedule:
Monday – Friday
Compensation:
$72,000–$95,000 annual base (commensurate with experience)

Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and compliance with regulations
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
Maintain respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, families, and payors
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school
Outpatient experience within the last 5 years if licensed clinician
Outpatient clinical rotation if current student
Valid state Physical Therapist license
CPR certification
