Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations, establish tailored plans of care, and ensure delivery of prescribed treatments to assigned patients, consistent with APTA standards and Kansas state regulations.
Provide direction and clinical supervision to clinical support staff.
Enhance visibility and awareness of physical therapy services and foster professional development throughout the organization and local community.
Work under the administrative direction of the Rehab Services Supervisor in the assigned clinical area.
Qualifications Job Requirements
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a physical therapist.
Must obtain CPR certification prior to start.
BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire and prior to providing direct patient care.
Preferred Job Requirements
Previous experience in a medical or rehabilitation setting.
