CBHC Clinician, Greenfield
Clinic & Support Options, Inc. is seeking CBHC (Community Behavioral Health Clinic) Clinicians for our clinic in Greenfield. This position will provide mental health and care coordination services to children, adults and their families.
Starting Salary $50,000-$63,000/year
You Will
Provide individual, family and/or group mental health therapy for CBHC-engaged clients
Participate in development and implementation of treatment planning and coordination of care as appropriate
Provide same-day and urgent care access to clients, and support services for transitions of care
Provide education and support to individuals and their family members as appropriate, and psycho-social assessments for assigned clients
Provide services in clinic-based, school-based or community-based outreach settings according to clinical need
Attend in-service trainings on evidence-based best practices and other topics as appropriate
Attend and participate in treatment planning meetings, staff meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and other meetings as required or assigned
If providing services to children/adolescents, provide linkages to after-school programming and related pro-social activities for referred youth as appropriate
Your Background
Clinical Master’s degree required; post‑master experience preferred in treatment of adults, children and/or families
Must be eligible for or hold highest level of Massachusetts' licensure in appropriate discipline (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADC I, or LABA)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
