Physical Therapist Assistant – East Metro
Join Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) to serve older adults in multiple settings such as TCU/SNF, Assisted Living, Home Health and Outpatient. We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in‑house therapy team.

SCHEDULE & HOURS
Monday – Friday, full‑time (minimum 30 hours/week)

Responsibilities
Provide treatment per the established plan of care and in accordance with physician orders.
Assist in identifying goals, prioritizing treatment, and selecting appropriate interventions.
Continuously assess changes in functional deficits and adjust treatment as appropriate.
Provide education to residents/clients, families, caregivers, and staff.
Collaborate with therapist on observations, progress toward goals, and recommended updates to plan of care and discharge.
Provide accurate and timely documentation & billing in electronic medical record.
Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of payer sources and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with therapist on supervisory visit(s) per regulations.
Communicate effectively with residents/clients, families, caregivers, physicians, referral sources, and interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current licensure in the state(s) of practice as required.
Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language for communication with all customers.
Pay Range The estimated starting pay range for this role is $30.24 – $33.57 per hour. Actual pay range may vary based on qualifications and market conditions.
