We are working with an ERP client in Germany who is looking to hire a Head of AI to lead their AI team.
You will be responsible for leading a team focused on building GenAI and agentic AI services, working closely with stakeholders and collaborating across the business to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Requirements
Proven experience leading cross‑functional AI teams (10+ people) and delivering innovative AI solutions. Strategic thinker who can make confident architectural decisions while still remaining hands‑on. Open‑minded and continuously looking for ways to improve systems and processes. Strong agile mindset, comfortable working in fast‑moving environments. What you’ll do in the role
Lead the AI innovation engineering team to deliver continuous, KPI‑driven results across teams. Align AI platform development with company goals in collaboration with the VP Engineering and senior leadership. Act as both the disciplinary and strategic leader for the AI innovation team. Manage budgets, key stakeholders, and third‑party providers. Oversee research collaborations to bring new AI innovations into the platform. Package
