We have an opening for a Full‑Time Golf Club Technician Lead to perform club repairs and modifications. Moderate club repair experience is necessary, and experience re‑gripping, re‑shafting, modifying loft and lie adjustments, and other related services is preferred. A successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience leading others, and a passion for the game.

Responsibilities
Re‑gripping, lie and loft adjustments.
Fulfill repair orders in a timely fashion.
Read and execute custom orders per golfer specifications.
Verify all repair orders for accuracy.
Maintain an orderly workstation.
Monitor inventory.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of two years of club repair work.
Love for and experience in the game of golf.
Above‑average knowledge of golf equipment and technology.
Ability to work 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime during busier seasons.
Required Qualifications
Experience re‑gripping clubs and understanding lie and loft specifications.
Ability to accurately measure equipment.
Proficiency in working hands‑on with power tools.
