Guest & Team Magic: Welcome everyone with a big smile, keep your chef style sharp, rally the team, and serve positive vibes.
Aimbridge Excellence: Show up ready to roll and on time, following Aimbridge Hospitality standards to keep the hotel safe, smooth, and on point.
Leadership: Lead kitchen crew, motivate, train, guide, and ensure everyone has the skills and spirit for success; handle hiring and training.
Kitchen Wizardry: Manage kitchen budgets, keep pantry stocked, track details, master food costs, create banquet displays; keep the kitchen spotless.
Creative Cuisine: Create banquet menus and design food presentations for plating and buffets.
Qualifications
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 2‑4 years experience in high‑volume, full‑service restaurant.
Independently resolves complex workplace challenges, escalating only the most difficult issues while maintaining composure and objectivity under pressure.
Demonstrates expertise and effectively leads, coaches, and mentors others.
Communicates clearly, evaluates options promptly, and actively listens to address concerns from colleagues and guests.
