Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Safety Supervisor will be responsible for implementing and overseeing workplace safety programs, providing safety training, conducting accident investigations, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards. Additional responsibilities include working collaboratively with teams to assess and mitigate potential hazards to create and maintain a secure and effective work environment.
Qualifications
Expertise in Health & Safety, Occupational Health, and related practices
Experience in safety training and accident investigation
Knowledge of safety engineering principles and best practices
Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Familiarity with local, state, and federal safety regulations
Certification such as OSHA, CSP, or equivalent is a plus
Previous experience supervising safety initiatives in industrial or construction environments is highly advantageous
