Responsibilities

Provide direct executive support to the Senior Vice President of Sales for the Multi‑Channel retail segment and the Senior Vice President of Sales for Category & Insights.

Manage calendars and travel (domestic and international) for the SVPs.

Plan and orchestrate meetings and calls across business units.

Process forms, expense reports, and ensure completion of tasks and projects on time.

Communicate follow‑ups and run/manage staff meetings including agenda coordination and timely action‑oriented recaps.

Lead the planning and production of all department‑level activities, including off‑sites, workshops, and team building events.

Maintain department calendar, schedule and coordinate regular and one‑off department meetings, develop agendas, and draft/distribute meeting minutes.

Provide administrative support to Sales departments and their respective department heads as needed.

Create high‑quality PowerPoint presentations and liaise with various departments, communicating information, analysis, or reports in a timely manner.

Organize and maintain team calendar, schedule appointments, meetings and workshops, track meeting minutes, and make travel arrangements.

Assist in preparations for meetings and calls, manage internal communications and correspondence on behalf of the manager, and onboard new employees.

Carry out specific small projects and research, assist in projects, and perform other administrative duties as assigned (e.g., ordering office supplies, sending FedEx).

Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, attention to detail, professional and polished communication style, active listening, and the ability to work with multiple managers across different time zones.

Qualifications & Expertise

2+ years’ experience in positions related to sales and marketing.

Experience coordinating large events & meetings preferred.

Understanding of P&L and business drivers preferred.

Understanding of business insight/category management principles preferred.

Strong MS Office skills: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Strong written and verbal communication – professional writing skills (letters, internal emails, etc.).

Capable of working well with diverse personalities.

Excellent organization and project management skills.

Experience supporting multiple leaders preferred.

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

Salary and Benefits The base salary range for this position is $38,000 – $57,600 plus cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience.
