As the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and efficiency. You’ll lead and support the F&B team, manage budgets, streamline processes, and uphold brand standards. Your leadership will drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence across the department.
Key Responsibilities
Drive restaurant and bar operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
Manage food and beverage staff, coordinate daily operations, oversee budgets and inventory.
Report to the Director of Food & Beverage or General Manager.
Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and uphold brand standards.
Education & Experience
Hotel experience preferred.
Combination of education and experience in hospitality food and beverage operations.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Eligible to work in the United States.
Education/literacy sufficient to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests.
Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
