Quick Facts
Type: Full-time, first shift
Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday
Pay: $20.00–$31.00 per hour
What You’ll Do
Pull and verify the correct paint from inventory for each job.
Mix coatings with the proper thinner to achieve required spraying viscosity.
Prepare and blend two-part urethane paint with reducer.
Spray parts to exacting specifications and tolerances.
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet customer requirements.
Handle materials responsibly: pour leftover paint into the booth’s waste container for hazardous waste collection; clean spray guns with solvent and capture used solvent in the designated second container.
Respond quickly to spills using absorbent materials and follow hazardous waste protocols.
Swap filters and keep the spray booth clean and compliant.
Assist with material movement and general housekeeping.
What You Need to Succeed
Strong hand–eye coordination, finger dexterity, and accurate color perception.
Clear communicator who follows written and verbal instructions.
Safety-conscious approach that protects people and the environment.
Dependable work habits and consistency.
Minimum Qualifications
Two years of industrial spray painting experience (or equivalent).
Ability to pass a respiratory physical.
Physical Demands
Occasionally move equipment up to 30 lbs.
Comfortably climb/descend stairs.
Able to sit, stand, walk, climb, stoop, and kneel.
