Job Title Concierge Security Officer

Location & Schedule

Site: Paradise Valley, AZ

Schedule: Full‑time, Mon‑Fri, 2 pm – 10 pm

Hourly wage: $19.00 (Daily Pay available for GardaWorld employees)

Responsibilities

Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors

Manage access control

Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks

Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs

Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams

Answer questions in person or by phone

Write incident reports and communicate security concerns

Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Provide documentation of high school diploma or GED

Pass extensive screening process

Exceptional customer service skills

Proficient in basic phone & computer skills

Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time

Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus

Required state license, if applicable
