Behind the scenes, you keep the front desk humming with precision, juggling reservations, requests, and surprises like a hospitality ninja. Guest Service Superstar:
You bring the warm vibes and top-tier service that make guests feel right at home. Whether it’s a quick question or a big request, you’re all about making their stay unforgettable. Communication Champ:
You know how to get the message across—clearly, confidently, and with a smile. Whether it’s chatting with guests or coordinating with the team, you keep things flowing smoothly. Quick-Thinking Problem Solver:
When challenges pop up, you’re already on it. You think fast, act smart, and turn potential hiccups into happy endings. Multitasking Marvel:
Juggling reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and financial details? No problem. You keep it all organized and running like clockwork. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred. Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite. After an initial waiting period, those hired into full time positions are eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes the following: Daily Pay ! Located off I-88 near Oak Brook Mall, the Residence Inn Oak Brook hotel makes travel simple. Just a 30‑minute drive to downtown, guests have access to Chicago’s top sites without paying expensive downtown rates. Ideal for long stays, we offer pet‑friendly, oversized suites that are 50% larger than traditional hotel rooms. Every suite includes separate living areas with pullout sofas, flat‑screen TVs and free WiFi. With in‑suite kitchens fully‑equipped with full‑sized appliances and cookware, guests will have all the comforts of home. When guests don’t feel like cooking, they can join us for a free hot breakfast served daily. We’re launching a new evening social experience with light fare, beer and wine during the week (Mon‑Wed). Corporate travelers appreciate our 1,000 sq. ft. meeting space, perfect for meetings and social gatherings for up to 48 guests.
