Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (when not traveling)
Travel:

About the Role LHH is partnering with an electrical aviation firm to hire a
Field Service Technician
for its Dallas-based team. This role is critical to supporting advanced power conversion systems used in aviation applications. You will perform
component-level troubleshooting and repair
on high-power electrical systems, ensuring reliability and performance in demanding environments.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair electrical power systems down to the component level (not just part replacement).
Service multi-phase, high-current systems and power conversion equipment.
Travel to customer sites for installation, maintenance, and technical support (50% travel).
Provide detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Qualifications
Two years electrical experience in 3-phase power systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair at the component level.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to travel extensively.
Ability to travel with little notice.
Able to travel internationally.
Able to work overtime.
Must be US Citizen or Greencard holder.
