Overview We’re seeking a

UX Designer

to join a team focused on transforming complex, technical workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design research-driven solutions that simplify how users interact with data and tools, enabling them to focus on solving high-impact challenges.

This role offers the opportunity to work with global users and gain deep insight into scientific and engineering domains, while contributing to a highly collaborative design team.

Key Responsibilities Design user-centered solutions that improve productivity and simplify technical workflows. Translate research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Collaborate with UX researchers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with user needs. Contribute to the development and evolution of the team’s design language and standards. Participate in design critiques and team discussions to continuously improve design quality. Advocate for design best practices and help foster a culture of human-centered design.

Qualifications Proven experience in UX design, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving, design thinking, and impactful user experiences. Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to adapt to changing project needs and priorities. Willingness to work onsite at the Spring, TX campus.
