Retail Warehouse Associate – Farm Store at Valley Wide Cooperative.
This position is of great significance to Valley Wide Cooperative. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for inventory control and product rotation, maintaining and organizing areas, filling propane, and performing all required tasks with concentration and dedication. This is a safety-sensitive role.
Responsibilities
Acknowledge customers, employees, and vendors. Assist customers with product information and orders. Clean and organize lot and warehouse to ensure safety. Operate forklift and hand trucks. Perform equipment inspections. Load and unload trucks. Stock and maintain warehouse and stored inventory. Execute other duties as assigned. Qualifications
High School diploma or GED preferred. Previous customer service experience preferred. Must be certified to operate forklift. Must be willing to become propane certified upon hire. Deliver friendly and appropriate service to all customers, employees, and vendors. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on importance. Proper telephone etiquette when communicating. Strong team player focus in all interactions. Exhibit a professional and positive image. Seniority level
